(I) Next to the workout indicates that it is a light workout and can be used as
an "In Between Day Workout" if you are doing the workouts in Fit Forever in
Forty.
Warning: Always remember to
warm-up properly before doing any strenuous exercising. We suggest a
consultation with a health specialist or your family doctor to ascertain your suitability to perform physical
activity. Should you at any time during any exercise feel a sensation other than the usual tiredness, we suggest
you stop the exercise immediately.
