Bulletproof fitness book recommendations

Some of these books are all about fitness. Some are cookbooks. Others have little or nothing to do with actual fitness advice.  

So why would I recommend books that would seem to have nothing at all to do with actual fitness advice?

Because a sound principle, whether it is in terms of fitness, health, business, spirituality and life is a sound principle. A success principle is a success principle. If it is sound advice, it will apply everywhere in your life.

Here'e a free one! This is Vic Johnson's site. He's an awesome inspiration and he gives away a book called As A Man Thinketh. It is such a powerful message and only 28 pages long. I have lost track of the number of times I have read this book. It never fails to have a positive impact on my life.
