This workout is a heart pounding, exhilarating and amazing challenge! Put your PAWS up and get ready to attack this workout, Gaga style!

Make sure you're properly warmed up before attempting any exercises or workouts here at MyGeoFit.com



Round 1 (3 times through)

Exercise 1: Burpees 40 seconds

Easier options:
*Regular Push ups on knees, *Incline Push ups on knees, *Wall Push ups, *Push ups

Exercise 2: Multi-direction Lunges 40 seconds per side (if this is too much you may cut the interval time to 15-20 seconds per side)

Easier options:
*Free squats, *Static lunges assisted (holding on to a stable object for help if needed)


Exercise 3: Side Hip Planks 40 seconds

Easier options:
Plank (Either regular or on knees), Crunches


Round 2
 (3 times through)

Exercise 1: Swan Dive Push Up 40 seconds

Easier options:
*Regular Push ups on knees, *Incline Push ups on knees, *Wall Push ups, *Push ups


Exercise 2: Squat Jumps 40 seconds (if this is too much you may cut the interval time to 15-30 seconds)

Easier options:
*Free squats, *Static lunges assisted (holding on to a stable object for help if needed)


Exercise 3: Plank Knee Touch 40 seconds

Easier options:
Plank (Either regular or on knees), Crunches


Round 3
 (3 times through)

Exercise 1:Gaga Push Up 40 seconds

Easier options:
*Regular Push ups on knees, *Incline Push ups on knees, *Wall Push ups, *Push ups


Exercise 2: Reverse Pulse Lunge with a Kick 40 seconds per side (if this is too much you may cut interval time to 15-30 seconds)

Easier options:
*Free squats, *Static lunges assisted (holding on to a stable object for help if needed)


Exercise 3: Incline Plank (Staff pose) 40 seconds

Easier options:
Plank (Either regular or on knees), Crunches
