Exercise 1 : Burpees 40 seconds
Easier options:
*Regular Push ups on
knees , *Incline Push
ups on knees , *Wall Push

Exercise 2 : Multi-direction Lunges 40 seconds per side (if this is too
much you may cut the interval time to 15-20 seconds per side)
Easier options: * Free squats , * Static
lunges assisted (holding on to a stable object for help if needed)
Exercise 3 : Side Hip Planks 40 seconds
Easier options:
Plank (Either regular or on knees) ,
Crunches
Round 2 (3 times through)
Exercise 1 : Swan Dive Push Up 40 seconds
Easier options:
*Regular Push ups on
knees , *Incline Push
ups on knees , *Wall Push
ups , *Push ups
Exercise 2 : Squat Jumps 40 seconds (if this is too much you may cut the interval time to
