Broiled or Pan Fried Swai Fish

This is a quick, easy and healthy option for fish. We love the Swai Fish
because of it's beautiful white color and awesome taste.
You may do as many filets as you desire (Generally, 1-2 filets per person)
Swai Fish either fresh or frozen fresh
Olive Oil
Celery Salt
Dill weed dried
Garlic powder
Take each filet and apply a very light coat of olive oil. Sprinkle each season on both
sides and pan fry over medium heat until the fish is done and flakes easily with the pull of a fork. If you
are broiling, cook until the fish is done and flakes easily with the pull of a fork.
