Chest Isolation (I)
Complete anywhere between two and four rounds of the following exercises, doing exercise 1
followed by exercise 2 and so on, resting only at the end of the last exercise (round).
Exercise 1
Dumbbell Flyes or
Cable flyes (10-20 repetitions)
Exercise 2
Flat Bench Barbell
Presses or Machine Chest Presses (10-20 repetitions)
Exercise 3
Push-Ups Regular or Push-Ups Modified (as many as you
can)
Have a rest, you just completed a round. Do a total of two to four rounds.
