This is the boy's workout answer to Jen's Sexy
Arms for Spring... Big Guns for Summer. It's a great upper body routine focusing on exercises for
the shoulders, biceps and triceps... AKA the guns.
Round 1 (3 times through doing each exercise for
30 seconds)
Alternating Arnold presses (Rylan does the alternating dumbbell side lateral "side sides"
*Tricep Bar extensions (body weight)
In and out dumbbell curls
Round 2 (3 times through
doing each exercise for 30 seconds)
Front Side (lateral) raises
Tricep bench dips (body weight) "dip your butt in lava"
Dumbbell preacher curls "curly fries"
Round 3 (3 times through
doing each exercise for 30 seconds)
Bent over side lateral raise combo "airplanes"
Dumbbell kickback "kickbutts"
Hammer curls
