Here's Jen doing a workout writtnen by Matt. It's a
combination of exercises that shapes and builds the shoulder, biceps and triceps. We're
combining a lot of exercises to confuse our muscles and save time which makes it a heck of a
challenge. Enjoy it and get pumped!
Round
1 (3 sets for each round,
doing each exercise for 8-20 reps)
*Tricep extensions (using body weight leaning on a bar)
Bicep Curls

Side Lateral Raises

2 (3 sets, doing each exercise for 8-20 reps)
