It's getting warmer... can you say sleeveless? Ok guys, big guns.... a great workout for upper body strength while shaping and toning those arms. Have fun!



 

 

 

 

Round 1 (3 times through, doing each exercise for 30 seconds)

Alternating Arnold Presses
*Tricep extensions (using body weight leaning on a bar)
In and Outs Bicep Curls with dumbbells

Round 2 (3 times through, doing each exercise for 30 seconds)

Side/Front lateral raise combo
*Tricep bench dips
Alternating Preacher curls with dumbbells

Round 3 (3 times through, doing each exercise for 30 seconds)

Bent over/Side lateral combo
Tricep Kickbacks with dumbbells
Alternating Hammer curls with dumbbells
