This exercise is a combination of the dumbbell side lateral and front lateral
raise, all in one exercise. Begin by taking two equal weight dumbbells and allowing them to rest on the front of
your thighs while in a standing position. Start the upward portion of your repetition by lifting one dumbbell
forward in a front raise while at the same time lifting the other dumbbell out to your side in a side lateral
raise. Take care to keep you core stabililzed and not bend too much at the waist.
