Flat Bench Dumbbell Presses

Print this exercise

Lying back on a flat bench with equal weight dumbbells in each hand, begin by pushing the dumbbells upward as far as possible while keeping the back, butt and hips on the bench. Continue upwards with the dumbbells until they almost touch together. Begin the downward portion of the exercise by allowing the weight to lower the arms back down to a comfortable stretch and back to the starting position.
