How do I get started?

If you're thinking, "Wow there's just so much stuff here at mygeofit... I just want to get started with the workouts... How do I do that?"

This is how:

1) Pick a workout

It's easiest to just pick one of our latest videos that you will see right on the first page of mygeofit.com (the home page). All you have to do is press play and you will see how the workout goes.

If you want to see the workout written out, AND get some easier exercise suggestions, just click on the link underneath the video that says "view and print". You can print the workout out if you like by simply clicking on the "Print this workout" button.

If you are just starting out or have not exercised in a while, you may like to do an easier workout. Check them out here: Easier Workouts.

I also have some helpful suggestions if you are unable or not working out at this time. See them here: Not working out at this time.

If you would like to browse other workouts, just click the workout tab and pick a workout that you like. You can select specific body part workouts, full body workouts, upper body workouts, lower body workouts etc... It's really simple.

2) Warm up

It is always our goal to keep you safe while helping you achieve tremendous health and fitness. You must warm up before attempting any workout here at mygeofit. Click here to view our recommended warm up options.

There will be a link at the bottom of the "Warming up" page that says "back to How do I get started" just click it and you can come right back here.

3) Do the workout

We hope you enjoy the workouts as much as we do. They are definitely a challenge!

Feel free to comment on your workouts at mygeofit's Blog and let us know how it went.

We love to hear what YOU have to say. Thank You and here's to all your fitness success = )
