How many workouts per week should I be
doing?
This question is not as easy to answer as one may think. We have found that our best answer is:
Listen to your body and be patient. Everyone is unique and different.
Beginners (in general) can try to complete two to three workouts per week.
Once you become comfortable with two or three workouts per week, you may start to increase the number
of workouts per week by one.
Only increase the number of workouts per week when you have become comfortable with your current weekly
workouts.
It is our recommendation to never exceed six workouts per week.
Great results can be achieved with the minimum of two to three workouts per week.
Most often, no results are achieved when you push too hard, too fast and become overtrained, exhausted, stressed
out, injured etc. and you have to quit.
Get to know your body and listen to what it is telling you.
