These workouts are designed to be used on the days in between your full workouts. If you are following Fit
Forever in Forty's workout guidelines, you may use these and any other Light, isolation workouts at mygeofit.com
that are indicated with (I) next to them for your in between day workouts.
Warning: Always remember to warm-up properly before doing any strenuous
exercising. We suggest a consultation with a
health specialist or your family doctor to ascertain your suitability to perform physical activity. Should
you at any time during any exercise feel a sensation other than the usual tiredness, we suggest you stop the
exercise immediately.
