Ingredients in the above recipe:

About 8 to 16 ounces of water
1 banana (you can use whatever fresh or frozen fruit you like)
1 scoop dextrose
1 serving of creatine (optional)
1 serving of liquid multi-vitamin

Blend it up and drink it down! Enjoy...

Try this little trick too!!!

I've got to share this with you too. If you've got time and you'd really like a fresh and sweet post workout "pick me up", just blend a handful of fresh strawberries, blueberries and a scoop of dextrose (creatine too if you like) with 8-12 ounces of water and a cube or two of ice. Skip the protein if you have time... it's sweeter without it. Blend and drink. It's sooo fresh and sweet and mmmm good.

Be sure to have some protein 20-30 minutes afterward (if you skipped it) to get to rebuilding those muscles!
