Push Ups on knees. The only difference between this exercise and a regular Push Up is that you will have your knees on the floor instead of your toes. A lot of people like to raise their feet and "rock" on their knees as they do these modified Push Ups.

Push Ups on the knees are a great exercise for kids

In fact, this may be the perfect way get kids started doing push ups. Use a soft surface or place a mat under their knees.
