started?"
Dumbbell rear flyes can be done standing or seated. Holding a pair of equal weight dumbbells bend
at the waist until you are leaning forward somewhere between 45 and 60 degrees. Let the dumbbells hang down in
front of you with the palms of your hands facing in toward each other. Begin by moving the dumbbells outward away
from one another and continue out and up in an arcing motion until your arms are parallel with the floor and your
hands are as high as your shouders. Begin the downward portion of the exercise by controlling the dumbbells as they
return back to the starting position hanging in front of you. Start the next repetition by beginning to move the
dumbbells out and upward in the arcing motion again.
