Resistaband front raises

Front Raises with a resistaband are just like dumbbell front raises except you will be using the band for resistance rather than the dumbbells. Anchor the band to a secure object or stand on it. Holding the handles of the band at the top of your thighs while standing, begin raising your arms and hands out and up in front of you. Continue until your hands are head high. Lower your hands to the starting position in a controlled manner. Begin your next repetition by raising your hands and arms out and up in front of you again.

Front raises with a resistaband are a great exercise for kids
