Resistaband rows can be done either standing or seated. All you need is a resistaband and a place
to anchor the band. As you can see Traci in the above video has anchored the band to rail. After securly anchoring
the band, step far enough away to provide adequate resistance. This will pull your hands out in front of you and
makes for a good starting position for the exercise. Pull the band until your hands are along side of you mid
section, at about the same height as your belly button. You may also change this row by pulling your hands to a
higher position. The higher you pull the more you emphasize the upper back and rear shoulders and traps. After
pulling the band as far back as you can, allow your hands to return to the starting position outstretched in front
of you. Begin the next repetition by pulling again.
