The pendulum exercise is a combination of
balance, core, cardiovascular that improves strength and coordination toning and firming the entire body! At
mygeofit we use this exercise in our 42 Interval Freakout Workout and will be using it many future workouts.

Remember to keep their core tight and use good form. This exercise is a great
challenge and is very fun for kids.
