Wall Push Ups. Standing upright, lean into a wall and push yourself away. This exercise becomes more difficult the further you place your feet from the wall. Take care to keep your back straight and not allow it to bow toward the wall.

Push Ups can be modified many different ways, so don't be afraid to mix it up and experiment. This keeps exercise interesting and fun.

Wall push ups are a great exercise for kids

In general, wall push ups are easier than push ups modified on knees, so this may be the easiest way to start learing push ups.
