Just small changes again to the meal plan this week. Tortillas, pastas and breads are
gone, and so is the post workout shake in order to eliminate a few high glycemic carbs. We are replacing the
post workout shake with either another daily snack or just a protein shake and possibly a little fruit if
needed. Still getting a little slimmer and a little leaner with each passing week.
